Any merchandise marked as "SALE" cannot be returned
Jacqueline Suriano will gladly accept defective merchandise for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Please email customer service (email@example.com) for a return approval.
Once received, we will send an email to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then the refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.
Please write your order number on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Jacqueline Suriano reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise that is not in its original condition or returned after 15 days.
